Office Setup – For a new office we will work with you to design your overall layout, install proper wiring, design a server and configure workstations.  We can supply new equipment or work with your existing computers to complete your work environment.  Part of the project or a turnkey approach can be used.  If you are relocating your office, we offer the same service as for new office installation and we will physically transport any existing equipment.  Once the new location becomes functional, we offer remote management of your server and backup system.

Backup System Design – We will configure equipment required, install hardware and install software required for establishing a reliable backup system for your business.   On line backup systems are a wonderful concept and should be part of your overall protection but the only way to be absolutely sure that your information is properly protected is to control the process personally.  We will work with you to establish the schedule required for properly protecting your business.  Remote management of backup is available.
We offer same-day, priority service to all of our business clients who enter into monthly service agreements.  Our response time for down equipment in a business setting is within 4 hours.

Our service agreements are designed to provide hardware and software service and support for network and peripheral systems. The agreements include regularly scheduled preventative maintenance visits.  Ensuring that antivirus protection is properly receiving database updates, operating systems are being updated by their supplier and removing outdated file accumulation are a few of the activities completed. Additional work requested by employees is performed after receiving approval of the point of contact.
